LUZCO Technologies LLC, to Provide Innovative, Results-Driven Project Management to Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects

ST. LOUIS – June 1, 2017

LUZCO Technologies, a woman and minority-owned engineering project management firm focused on the utilities industry, has joined a growing number of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) start-up corporations in the St. Louis region. LUZCO offers project management, engineering design and transmission and distribution engineering services. It is based in Campbell Plaza, a historic, renovated three-building campus in St. Louis’ Hill neighborhood.

Lusnail Haberberger, P.E., PMP, LUZCO’s founder and President has more than a decade of experience working as an engineer and project manager.  Most recently, she oversaw the execution of complex transmission projects as a consultant for Ameren. Haberberger saw launching her own firm as an opportunity to contribute to her industry and her community in a new way.

“As a Venezuelan-American woman and an electrical engineer, I believe diversity – in background, skill and talent – is critical to delivering the best outcomes for clients and communities,” Haberberger said.

“I launched LUZCO Technologies, LLC for three reasons 1) a strong entrepreneurial desire to form a company that was innovative, client-focused and results-driven 2) a recognition that the industry would benefit from more firms that valued work-life balance and diversity 3) a dream of being a role model to young girls, especially of color, who seek engineering and leadership roles in the business of science, technology, engineering and math.”

LUZCO is looking to grow quickly in the coming months with new team members and projects. Haberberger said she envisions a workplace culture that gives talented, driven professionals a relaxed environment to learn and grow while offering clients exceptional service.

“We know each project comes with opportunities and constraints,” Haberberger said. “Our team will develop close collaborations with clients to support them in exceeding their goals for quality, timeliness and efficiency.”
